CHESHIRE FM LAUNCHES
Mid-Cheshire's community radio station, Cheshire FM, took to the airwaves at 8 am on Friday 30 March with The Full Cheshire Breakfast. The station, set up by Wire FM founder David Duffy, with the support of local organisations including Business After Hours, DeBees, DAN and Cheshire Youth Services and was one of the last to be licensed by Ofcom in the first round of community radio awards.

Cheshire FM can be heard by up to 100,000 people in Northwich, Winsford, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel and around the wider Cheshire area as well as online.
